Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures.
• Maintains inventory with daily/weekly checks.
• Receives inventory truck orders.
• Motivates and directs team members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coaches team members to raise restaurant performance.
• Directs efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify improvements.
• Upholds operational and brand standards.
• Performs duties of a team member when necessary.
