Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of success.
• Clear and confidentcommunication skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and hands-on.
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, on your feet, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee back-of-house operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
