Panini Kabob Grill is seeking a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM in San Diego, CA, offering a salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year. You’ll lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure food quality, hospitality, and efficiency align with company standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in a leadership position in a full-service restaurant, strong communication, and the ability to work long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership and track record of success
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Able to work 10+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Open availability for 46–50 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts
• Oversee BOH operations to ensure prep levels and food safety
• Supervise FOH staff to deliver high-quality service
• Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Manage staffing levels and scheduling
• Solve problems or emergencies as they arise
