Panini Kabob Grill is looking for a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager to guide daily operations, coach FOH/BOH teams, and ensure top-tier service. You will drive guest satisfaction and uphold food safety and hospitality standards on every shift.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the stamina to manage 10+ hour shifts with heavy guest flow. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with growth prospects at Panini Kabob Grill.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of success.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and hands-on.
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, on your feet, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house (FOH) operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards are met.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals.
• Maintain smooth operations while solving problems or emergencies.
