Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

You will open/close shifts, coach staff, and manage staffing, budgeting, and safety. A minimum 2–5 years in restaurant management or a related degree is required, with strong leadership and communication skills. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant or a minimum 2-year degree in Restaurant Management or Business Management/Operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, driven, and able to work long shifts with standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant functions including opening/closing, guest relations, and FOH/BOH supervision.
• Ensure proper ambiance, food & beverage quality, safety, and pace; handle emergencies.
• Staff staffing, scheduling, financial goals, and staff development for the assigned team.
