ManpowerGroup is seeking a Readiness and Response Shift Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to lead shift operations focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The role requires supervising the team, ensuring tasks meet Zoox standards, and providing logistical support for vehicle readiness.

You will onboard and coach new team members, manage spare parts readiness, and ensure accurate documentation while supporting remote sites and 20% travel locally.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven ability to quickly learn technical subjects.
• Ability to travel locally (less than 20%).
• Clean driving record with zero points on the record.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel or Sheets; detail oriented; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily tasks meet Zoox standards while sustaining productivity, quality, and safety on shift.
• Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment.
• Manually drive L3 and auxiliary vehicles as needed.
• Verify service VH6s are on the correct PRC and assist with readiness paperwork.
• Support readiness of spare parts/inventory and maintain a clean, safe workshop; support remote sites.
