Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Readiness and Response Shift Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to lead daily shift operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. You will supervise a team, manage readiness tasks, and ensure documentation and inventory accuracy.

The role requires at least 1 year of people leadership, quick learning of technical subjects, and a clean driving record. Local travel may be required, and you will engage with cross-functional teams on site.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• Ability to quickly learn technical subjects.
• Ability to travel locally (<20%).
• Clean driving record with zero points on the record.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel or Sheets; detail oriented; strong written and verbal communication; honest, responsible, and an outstanding communicator.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily tasks are completed on time and to Zoox standards while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety during your designated shift.
• Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment.
• Manually drive L3 and auxiliary vehicles when needed.
• Verify service VH6s are on the correct PRC before sending them out for service, and assist with readiness paperwork and documentation.
• Support readiness of spare parts and associated inventory, maintain a clean and organized workshop area free of dangerous and/or hazardous material in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines, and support remote working sites.
