Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Direct and manage operations during shifts to meet speed-of-service goals.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and proper product preparation and presentation.
• Perform Team Member duties when necessary.
