Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members on assigned shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service, quality food, cleanliness, and safety.

Under the guidance of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll coach in the moment, manage shift execution, and help drive results through strong communication and problem-solving. This entry-level leadership role also offers opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development guidance.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, managing inventory, and receiving truck orders.
