Job summary

Wingstop in El Paso, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shift operations, ensure food safety, and maintain high standards for product preparation and cleanliness. The role includes cashier or cook duties as needed while guiding and supporting staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The leader will train crewmembers, enforce policies, manage inventory, and ensure health safety, while promoting Wingstop brand standards and efficient peak-period performance.

Qualifications

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.

• Trains newer crew members and enforces store policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and greet guests while maintaining standards.
• Lead and motivate crew members; handle opening/closing duties and scheduling.
