Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a 2nd shift Operator to safely operate production machinery, perform maintenance, and document activities in a climate-controlled plant. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement with a starting rate of $21/hr and potential pay growth based on experience and qualifications.

Position requires a High School diploma or GED and adherence to GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrates sense of urgency and accountability in a production setting.
• Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and contribute to a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently and maintain documentation.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Coordinate changeovers and document quality measurements and deviations.
• Participate in safety training and follow lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
• Support plant improvement teams and daily reporting tasks.
