Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to operate under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to achieve maximum production efficiency and meet OEE targets.
• Coordinate TPM activities and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain and review production records, SPC data, and QA documentation; ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training and development for production staff and temporary workers.
