Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to drive production operations, safety, quality, and cost targets across the plant. You will implement lean six sigma journeys, establish governance, and lead transformational change to build a high performing team.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid engineering / business acumen, and experience with TPM, 5S, LEAN and continuous improvement in a food/CPG environment. On-site schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 8 years of related experience.
• 3 years’ management experience or supervisory equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations in the Plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM).
• Ensure manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively.
• Coach and develop the operating teams to achieve zero loss and continuous improvement.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive improvements across technology, culture, and capability.
• Attract, retain, and develop talent; collaborate with cross-functional peers.
