Papa John’s is seeking a dependable shift supervisor to oversee restaurant operations, supervise shifts and work areas, and ensure high quality products and customer service to support profitability. The role enforces company policies, procedures, and safety standards and ensures compliance with laws.

As a supervisor you will train team members, manage staffing levels, coach for performance, handle cash and inventory using company systems, and foster a clean, safe, and friendly dining

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Successful and stable employment history preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all aspects of the restaurant including making quality products and ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards.
• Supervise a restaurant team, maintain shift staffing, train team members, ensure uniform and appearance standards, coach for improved performance.
• Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt and friendly customer service and building check averages through product training and sales execution.
• Contribute to profit goals by managing cash and inventory according to company guidelines and ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe and organized.
