Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service. This role manages operations including the execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems to support restaurant profitability.

You will oversee station duties, maintain product quality and safety, ensure adequate shift coverage, and help control costs while delivering great guest experiences. Long hours including nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift duties including dough management, portioning, and maintaining product quality.
• Ensure customer service standards, respond to customer needs, and minimize complaints.
• Maintain adherence to policies, safety, and proper shift coverage; manage costs and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and adherence to company guidelines and systems.
