Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), scheduled or unscheduled, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy, and proper portioning.
• Ensure shift coverage and provide feedback to correct problems.
• Follow policies and procedures in the handbook including safety and attendance.
• Maintain core values and a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Contribute to profit goals by managing costs and using the FOCUS System.
• Assist in inventory management to minimize loss.
