Qualifications

• Familiarity with store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• General Management: greet customers, manage shift hours, cover manager days off, supervise associates, follow laws, model conduct, report discrepancies, ensure proper uniforms.
• Bookkeeping: clock hours, record sales, manage overs/ refunds, complete deposits as directed.
• Human Resources: treat staff with respect, escalate policy violations affecting store performance.
• Security: enforce shift procedures, maintain safe environment, secure cash and assets, check-in procedures.
• Merchandising: keep coolers and displays stocked, price items correctly, maintain equipment.
• Maintenance: keep store clean and well-maintained, report issues to Manager, sanitation compliance.
• Safety: follow lifting and floor safety procedures, use wet floor signs, report accidents.
• Huck's Bucks Loyalty App: promote app usage, explain benefits, monitor for misuse, assist sign-up.
