Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate cash handling, proper pricing, and maintaining store standards while promoting Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app and offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt and courteous service
• Monitors shift hours and helps fill shifts
• Works the store manager's days off and evenings
• Performs tasks assigned by Store Manager
• Communicates with associates and management
• Complies with laws and company policies
• Provides a conduct model for associates
• Reports sales, cash, or operating discrepancies
• Ensures proper uniform and customer service
• Completes shift change reports and records hours
• Records all sales, over rings and refunds
• Completes daily paperwork and deposits
• Treats associates with dignity and respect
• Advises Store Manager of personnel issues
• Ensures shift procedures are followed
• Maintains a safe shopping and working environment
• Handles cash and merchandise securely
• Follows vendor check-in procedures
• Keeps coolers, shelves, and displays stocked
• Cleans and maintains equipment and promotes high-margin products
• Uses correct pricing per policy
• Maintains store appearance and cleanliness
• Keeps floors clean and polished
• Keeps windows clean
• Sweeps and maintains parking lot
• Ensures rest rooms are clean
• Reports maintenance issues to Store Manager
• Maintains sanitation in food service areas
• Follows lifting procedures and uses ladders safely
• Promotes Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app
• Promotes app benefits to customers
• Monitors for misuse of points or discounts
• Assists customers with sign-up and redemption of the app
