Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, upholding Best In Class standards.
• Observe shift hours and fill shifts as needed, including two evening shifts per week.
• Assist Store Manager and perform tasks as assigned; communicate with staff effectively.
• Follow laws and company policies; model appropriate conduct for associates.
• Maintain uniform compliance, accurate cash handling, and report discrepancies.
• Complete shift change reports and clock hours accurately; record sales and refunds.
• Treat associates with dignity; inform Store Manager of personnel issues.
• Ensure safe, secure store operations and proper vendor check-in procedures.
• Keep merchandising stocked and properly priced; maintain equipment and cleanliness.
• Ensure floors, windows, and restrooms are clean; report maintenance promptly.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app and assist customers with sign-up and usage.
