Papa Johns Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service while driving restaurant profitability. You will help manage operations, enforce company policies, and uphold safety and ethical standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to training programs, and the ability to adapt to changing needs of a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and Serv-Safe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification required
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
• Must be 18+ years of age

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station; prepares quality products and maintains holding times.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems; monitors food/labor costs and cleanliness.
• Contributes to profit goals by following company guidelines and managing inventory to minimize loss.
