Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to work side by side with the Store Team Leader, keeping daily operations at the high standard our guests expect. You will direct the crew, make real-time decisions under pressure, and own the shift with confidence.

You will coach crew members in the moment, maintain quality, and protect both product and customer experience across each shift. This role requires accountability and readiness to take on increasing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Leadership or shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Handler Certification required or must be obtained before first shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the crew, creating a shift culture that is focused, fun and accountable.
• Protect guest satisfaction by handling concerns with professionalism.
• Oversee opening to closing duties, ensuring order accuracy and food safety.
• Monitor performance and help implement routines that drive profitability.
