• Train and coach Team Members
• Address problems as they happen and make timely decisions
• Make labor decisions based on sales and business needs
• Follow portioning standards and help control costs
• Handle opening/closing duties and shift cash responsibilities
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
• Support Public Safety Foundation initiatives
• Communicate important issues to the General Manager
• Help build a restaurant that customers want to return to
