Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in Henderson, TN. The role supports the Restaurant General Manager by running strong shifts, guiding team members, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will take ownership, solve problems, and help maintain safety and quality standards while managing basic operating tasks and team performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand 80% of shift
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts and support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
• Provide guidance and training to team members
• Ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction during shifts
• Handle basic cash handling and operational duties as needed
