Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location in Savannah, TN. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts efficiently, taking ownership of issues, and guiding team members to deliver great service.

Qualifications include 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic PC literacy, and strong math/analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance to team members and ensure smooth operation of shifts.
