Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a team and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll mentor staff, coach performance, and help set the tone of the store. The role involves opening/closing with minimal supervision and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, available for varied hours including early mornings and weekends, and possess or can obtain ServSafe certification. Local regulations may apply; driving eligibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations; meet driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Maintain food/beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment.
