Einstein Bros. Bagels in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure a great guest experience. You will open/close the store, maintain quality and safety, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, pass a background check, and hold a ServSafe Certification. A valid driver’s license is preferred and a positive, team-focused attitude is essential.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain food/beverage quality and a clean, safe store environment.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed.
