Einstein Bros. Bagels in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a standout guest experience. You will open/close the store with limited supervision, uphold food quality and safety, and coach team members to maintain a positive environment.

This role offers growth opportunities and a schedule that avoids evenings and nights. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, background check, ServSafe certification, and ability to work varied

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check where applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food/beverage quality and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to set morale and tone.
• Role progression from Shift Leader to higher positions possible.
