Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in San Antonio, TX. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, deliver a great guest experience, and lead openings and closings with minimal supervision.

You’ll help maintain food quality, a clean and safe environment, and will have opportunities to grow into leadership roles as others have done. Flexible schedule and team-oriented culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and able to work varied hours including early mornings.
• Pass background check as required by law.
• Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Current valid driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences and open/close with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
