Einstein Bros. Bagels in San Antonio, TX is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to support the General Manager in delivering a great guest experience. You will lead a team, open and close the store, and ensure quality and cleanliness while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license (preferred but only required at specific locations).

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow your career, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.
