Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, coach team members, and ensure quality service and a clean store environment. Work hours include early shifts with no evenings or nights in many locations, and career growth opportunities are highlighted.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety and quality standards with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.
• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion.
• Current/valid state driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity for career growth within Bagel Brands (many GMs started as Shift Leaders).
