Job summary

Bagel Brands, operator of Einstein Bros. Bagels, is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure food and beverage quality in a clean, safe environment. We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, no evenings or nights, tips eligibility, a 401K with company match, and access to employee assistance programs and life coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to uphold quality and service standards.
