Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion.
• Valid driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Rise in the career path from Shift Leader to General Manager and beyond.
