Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Boulder, CO. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience, while opening and closing the store with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
