Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Arvada, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate a team, ensure a great guest experience, and maintain a clean, safe store. You will open and close the store, coach teammates, and work with the General Manager.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are 18+, pass background checks, and may need ServSafe certification. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive pay with tips, PTO after 90 days, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
Must be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but location dependent).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
Provide feedback and coach team members; open and close the store with minimal supervision.
Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
