Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check under local, state, and federal law.
• Must have, or obtain, a ServSafe Certification before leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred or required at some locations, per company policy and location requirements.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience with the General Manager.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Support career growth and advancement within the company.
