Bruegger's Bagels in Hudson, OH seeks a Shift Leader to support the General Manager by motivating the team and ensuring a great guest experience. You will open and close the store, coach colleagues, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check where required by law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and maintain cleanliness and safety.
