Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Mentor, OH. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will coach staff, open/close the store, and uphold food quality and safety standards.

The role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth within Bagel Brands. Prior ServSafe training and a valid driver’s license are helpful assets for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and a clean, safe store environment.
