Bruegger's Bagels in Buffalo, NY is hiring a Shift Leader to help manage daily operations and support a high-energy, guest-first team. You will open and close the store, coach staff, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Leader, you will open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver a great guest experience.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and set morale.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
