Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to guide team members and help guests achieve nutrition goals by recommending smoothies and retail products. You will provide coverage when the General Manager is absent and ensure a friendly, efficient experience in-store.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing duties, while maintaining Smoothie King’s culture and mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail service.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious smoothies.
• Ensures guest needs are met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages guests for a friendly experience.
• Preps fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Fulfills store checklist tasks.

• Assists in team member management during shifts.
