Job summary

Smoothie King is looking for a Shift Leader/Brand Ambassador in Mobile, AL to guide guests toward healthy choices and support the team when the General Manager isn’t in the store.

You will greet guests, help with orders, prep ingredients, and handle opening/closing tasks while upholding the brand’s culture and values. Reliability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail/customer service business.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback.
• Knowledge of general POS functionality.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious smoothies and assists guests with products.
• Greets guests and ensures their order meets their purpose.
• Preps fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties and store checklists.
• Follows cash handling and inventory procedures.
• Supports team members during shifts and helps manage staff.
• Promotes Smoothie King culture, values, and mission.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

Essential Functions:
