Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Shift Leader to guide a team and help guests meet their health goals by recommending nutritious smoothies and products. You will lead the store when the General Manager isn’t present and act as a brand ambassador for our nutrition-forward mission.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, ensuring smooth store operations, and upholding customer service standards. The role offers flexibility and growth within a thriving wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
• Performs opening and/or closing duties
• Performs store checklist tasks
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments
