Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a friendly team and help guests choose healthy smoothies and products. You will act as a brand ambassador when the General Manager is away, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service.

You’ll train teammates, handle opening/closing tasks, cash handling, inventory, and store checks, while living Smoothie King's culture and mission. A strong communicator and reliable team member is essential to success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality
• Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback
• Must be extremely reliable and dependable

• Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
