Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader in Concord, NC to guide a team and serve guests with nutritious smoothies and retail items. You will support the General Manager in-store, help customers choose healthy options, and ensure smooth daily operations.

This role emphasizes leadership, reliable attendance, and a commitment to Smoothie King's healthy lifestyle mission. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills; reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.

• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
