Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader in Charlotte, NC who will blend smoothies, greet guests, and lead team members in the GM’s absence. The role requires reliability, solid communication, and familiarity with POS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
