Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach in the moment to uphold standards.
• Understand each position and what their roles are.
• Be trained in all hourly positions and responsibilities.
• Able to complete manager functions on the POS.
• Labor management and operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Recognize coaching opportunities and provide positive guest interactions.
• Maintain a clean front and kitchen; ensure consistency.
• Complete closing shift paperwork and uphold positive culture.
