Layne's Chicken Fingers in Allen, Texas invites an energetic Shift Leader to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You lead by example, coach in the moment, and uphold our standards while delivering Hot Food Fast with friendly guest service.

You will manage labor, train teammates, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining room and kitchen. If you love teamwork, teaching others, and building a positive culture, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Demonstrates leadership by example and PET emphasis.
• Good organization and strong communication skills.
• Ability to train others and coach in the moment.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule.
