Layne's Chicken Fingers in Little Rock is seeking a Shift Leader to uphold our standards of fast, friendly service and to train teammates. You will lead by example, coach in the moment, and ensure guests enjoy a consistent, high‑quality experience every visit.

This role offers leadership progression, hands-on management of daily operations, and a chance to grow into a GM track through our leadership program.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach in the moment to uphold Layne’s standards.
• Ensure all hourly positions and responsibilities are understood and covered.
• Perform manager functions on the POS and help with labor management.
• Maintain fast, friendly service and a clean, welcoming environment.
• Recognize coaching opportunities and promote a positive culture.
• Close shifts with proper paperwork and accountability.
