Role Summary

The Shift Leader role is simple: lead by example, coach in the moment, continually teach and preach our standards, and make work fun.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Have an understanding of each position and its roles.
• Be trained and competent in all hourly positions and responsibilities.
• Able to complete manager functions on the POS.
• Labor management.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Recognize coaching and teaching opportunities.
• Operational awareness: know what is going on at all times.
