Responsibilities include food preparation, cash handling, training, enforcing policies, and leading a small team to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high quality food.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Handle cash and payments.
• Follow the Learning Management System Training Program.
