Qualifications

• Less than high school education, GED or high school degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with shift operations to ensure a great guest experience.
• Supervise stations across shifts.
• Coach and lead team members professionally.
• Get certified in shift, food handling, cash, and catering.
• Help train crew on duties and assignments.
• Prepare food, operate POS, and stock supplies as needed.
• Enforce safety and security protocols.
• Keep workstations clean.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.
• Open or close restaurant per procedures and safety policies.
• Complete opening, mid-shift, closing, and food safety checklists.
• Communicate with customers, team, and managers professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
